The temperature accuracy of every unit depends on its control system — Accuchiller portable chillers come standard with a microprocessor based control system designed exclusively for Thermal Care. The panel's two large digital displays make it easy to set and read system temperatures. The entire control panel is simple to understand and operate without confusing codes or useless buttons.

Standard control and chiller report screens include:

19 diagnostic LEDs and 7 snap action switches
Two easy to read LED digital displays showing "To Process" and "Set Point" temperatures
Entire panel surface is sealed for protection against contamination from dirt or water
Manual reset of safeties from front panel eliminating the need to open the cabinet.
Easily switch between °F/°C temperature readings from front panel.
2.5 minute compressor cycling delay to prevent short cycling
PID control for 1°F accuracy
Auto-tune for fine tuning of PID parameters
Self adjusting high/low temperature deviation alarm set points
30 minute deviation delays stops nuisance alarms during start-up and set point change
Low voltage fail safe sensor interlocked with control circuit
